These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by AeroSignal Design LLC ("we," "us," or "our") at aerosignal.design. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

AeroSignal Design LLC provides freelance design services including but not limited to:

Brand identity design
UI/UX design
Figma design systems
Webflow website development
Strategy and consulting

The specific scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

2. Project Agreement

All projects begin with a written agreement or proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. Work will not commence until the agreement is signed and any required deposit is received.

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be submitted in writing and may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in each project agreement. Generally:

A deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before work begins
The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files are delivered
Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt
Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances

All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise agreed.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Revisions beyond the agreed number will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Revisions must be submitted in writing and consolidated into a single round of feedback where possible.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client will own the final deliverables produced for their project. Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of AeroSignal Design LLC.

AeroSignal Design LLC retains the right to:

Display completed work in our portfolio
Use completed work in marketing materials
Credit AeroSignal Design on completed work where appropriate

Any third-party assets, fonts, or stock imagery used in a project are subject to their own licensing terms. The client is responsible for ensuring they have appropriate licenses for any assets they provide.

6. Confidentiality

We will keep all client information, project details, and business information confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard, clients are responsible for:

Providing all necessary content, assets, and information in a timely manner
Reviewing and providing feedback within agreed timeframes
Ensuring all content and assets provided do not infringe on third-party rights
Making payments on time as agreed

Delays caused by the client may result in timeline adjustments and additional fees.

8. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination:

The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
All completed work up to the termination date remains the property of AeroSignal Design LLC until full payment is received

9. Limitation of Liability

AeroSignal Design LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
Reproduce or copy any content without our written permission
Use the site in any way that could damage or impair its operation

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
