A self-directed brand exercise — building a luxury real estate identity from scratch and translating it into a complete multi-page Figma website.
Most luxury real estate sites feel either over-designed and cluttered, or so minimal they feel cold and disconnected. Marcus Vane needed a brand that felt genuinely premium — warm, precise, and confident without shouting about it.
Build a complete brand system first, then design a website that lives inside it. Every decision — from the color palette to the typographic voice — was made to serve one positioning: Manhattan's most trusted real estate practice.
Before designing a single page, a complete visual system was built — color, typography, spacing, UI components, and brand voice — all documented in Figma.

Every decision started with the client's identity — not the design.
Defined Marcus Vane's positioning — precision, discretion, and intimate knowledge of Manhattan. A practice that deals exclusively in the latter.
Built a complete brand guide — Parchment, Sage, Gold, Cormorant Garamond — before touching a single page layout. Every element earned its place.
Built browser-accurate HTML previews for every page first. Each section approved visually before committing to Figma — no surprises at the design stage.
Designed all five pages in Figma with the structure, spacing, and components a developer needs to build it — faithful to the brand system throughout.
